Great to meet you!

I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and have invested in clinical training as a graduate professor for the past 11 years, helping students move through their education into their careers. In addition to serving as an adjunct faculty member for Pepperdine University’s Graduate School of Education and Psychology, I also held the title of Lead Faculty and Faculty Advisor for the University of Phoenix, providing expertise in clinical supervision, assessment, and treatment planning.

My approach to therapy

I work with a wide range of emotional and behavioral issues providing services that span from therapy for depression and grief counseling to deep family work, couples therapy, and beyond. I offer a holistic personalized approach, tailored to each client’s individual needs. Clinically, I work from an integrative/holistic perspective, which involves, cognitive-behavioral, acceptance and commitment therapy, and mindfulness–based therapies.

What you can expect from me

My goal is to help you uncover your true potential and lead a life that is worth celebrating. While we can't change difficult situations of the past, we can work together to better understand and resolve challenges in your life. By applying complementary therapy approaches and techniques, we will unearth long-standing behavior patterns or negative perceptions that may be holding you back from experiencing a more fulfilling and meaningful life.
