Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor who brings years of experience supporting individuals through trauma, life transitions, and emotional overwhelm. My work is rooted in compassion and real‐world understanding, shaped by both clinical training and lived experience. I specialize in trauma‐informed care, anxiety, depression, and helping people rebuild stability and confidence. Clients often describe me as warm, open‐minded, and willing to challenge them when it supports their growth.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative and grounded in the belief that you are the expert on your own life. I create a space where you can be honest, curious, and supported while also being gently pushed toward meaningful change. I blend evidence‐based practices with a human, down‐to‐earth style that meets you exactly where you are. Together, we’ll explore patterns, build new skills, and work toward the version of yourself you’re trying to grow into.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a calm, welcoming environment where you can share your story at your own pace. We’ll talk about what brought you to therapy, what you hope to change, and what feeling “better” looks like for you. I’ll ask thoughtful questions, offer reflections, and help you identify clear next steps. My goal is for you to leave that first session feeling heard, supported, and hopeful about the work ahead.
