Great to meet you!

I obtained a Bachelor of Science from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo and a Master of Social Work from USC.

I am certified in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Problem Solving Therapy, Motivational Interviewing and Parent Child Interaction Therapy. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I specialize in the treatment of depression, anxiety, addiction, family systems, relationship issues and mental health.

My approach to therapy

I work from a strengths-based perspective, helping you to recognize your strengths and achieve your goals in a thoughtful and supportive way. Overcoming life’s stressors and challenges becomes an opportunity for the transformation of a lifetime. As one begins their therapeutic journey by looking within, ameliorating the traumas and wounds of their past, and identifying their inner strength and resiliency, the beauty of one’s true authentic self emerges.

What you can expect from me

While we will set individualized goals specific to your needs, most clients experience peace and stability as they progress towards their goals in therapy. I look forward to working with you on your journey of transformation.
