Kimberly Wilson

Having a therapist who can help you journey through life’s challenges can make a huge difference in how you perceive those challenges and navigate them. I have experience helping clients work through anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, and family pressures associated with communication.

My clinical experience focuses on adolescent and child counseling using play therapy techniques, CBT, and a Person Centered approach. With adults I use CBT, Person Centered, and some Art Therapy techniques to assist the client in exploring their emotions and development.

By creating an open and warm environment,
