Great to meet you!

I deeply empathize with those facing tough times and am committed to supporting your healing journey. I believe in our innate power to heal and want you to feel comfortable throughout the process. I ensure honesty and regular check-ins to align our efforts. You define the changes you seek, and I’m here to help you achieve your goals.

My approach to therapy

Honest and straightforward. I listen intently and work hard to "hear" what you are saying. When you cannot find the words to express yourself, that is where I come in. I try to ask meaningful questions to help you formulate your thoughts. We work collaboratively to achieve your goals. I enjoy light-hearted humor. This does not take away from the tough work, but it does help us smile here and there as we journey along.

What you can expect from me

A feeling of being heard and understood.

A greater understanding of self.

Some action items to work on should you choose.

Integration and a greater understanding of their thoughts and actions.
