Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the state of Florida and have worked in the mental health field for 25 years. My Degree in Mental Health Counseling. Throughout my career I have worked in many community settings. I have worked with children, adolescents, families, and individuals with a wide range of concerns, including depression, anxiety, parenting, family conflict, grief and loss.

My approach to therapy

My approach is eclectic, strength based, and I tailor it to suit the needs of the those that I am working with. I believe that in life we all face challenges, how we overcome these experiences help to shape us as we grow. I view my role as being supportive and empowering you as you begin to heal and grow on your journey in life.

What you can expect from me

As a therapist, I am passionate about empowering individuals to heal and transform by providing a safe, supportive and non-judgmental space for them to explore their thoughts, feelings, and experiences. I employ a client centered approach combined with other modalities as together we work to uncover inner resources and strengths and to overcome challenges while supporting adjustment to change, stress reduction, goal setting, and motivation; while navigating a path towards healing, personal growth, self-care, and overall wellbeing.
