Great to meet you!

I became a licensed practitioner in 2008, and have been working in human services and mental health settings since 1994. I am currently the Chief Programs Officer at Hill Country Crisis Council, a Family Violence, Rape Crisis, and Children's Advocacy Center, and use my evening hours for private practice.

My approach to therapy

I think we humans are awesome! I get excited when I have an opportunity to work with people that want to explore and grow. My approach is rooted in the philosophy that everyone wants to be the author of their own experience, enjoy satisfying relationships, and feel authentic in their life. I work collaboratively with clients from a strengths-based approach to create client driven curiosity and growth.

What you can expect from me

After their first session clients can expect to feel heard, affirmed and seen. They will be able to take away a focused sense of the concerns they wish to address and have a general road map of how to do so.
