Great to meet you!

I am a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based care to individuals across the lifespan. With a strong foundation in both nursing and psychiatric medicine, I specialize in the diagnosis, treatment, and management of a wide range of mental health conditions, including depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, PTSD, and ADHD. I earned a Master of Science in Nursing from Grambling State University and post master's certificate in Psychiatric Mental Health from National University. I have clinical experience in outpatient psychiatry, crisis intervention, and integrated behavioral health settings. They are passionate about reducing stigma, promoting mental health equity, and staying at the forefront of psychiatric innovation.

My approach to therapy

Drawing on a holistic and patient-centered approach, I integrate psychotherapy, psychopharmacology, and lifestyle interventions to support each client’s unique journey toward wellness. Known for their empathetic listening, clinical insight, and collaborative style, I empower patients to take an active role in their mental health care.
