Great to meet you!

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I believe prioritizing our mental health is key to a happy healthy life. Seeking help can be one of the hardest parts, so congratulations on taking that step! I’ve been practicing for over 20 years, and focus on adult clients who are struggling with anxiety and depression and general life transitions.

My approach to therapy

Everyone has a unique story and deserves an individualized approach to care. It’s important to me that we communicate openly and you feel respected in our relationship. I’ll be there to listen to you, challenge you, and support you along the way.

What you can expect from me

I always start with a brief introduction and allow you to tell me what brought you to the session and what you you are looking for. I strive to create a warm, welcoming environment that allows you to feel comfortable sharing and being vulnerable, while also feeling secure. From there, we’ll work together in the sessions that follow to make your goals a reality for you.
