Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who works with adults and couples navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, and life transitions. I aim to create a supportive and nonjudgmental space where clients feel comfortable exploring their thoughts, emotions, and experiences.

I have experience working in residential treatment programs, outpatient settings, and hospital-based programs, supporting individuals facing a wide range of mental health concerns. These experiences have shaped my belief that therapy works best when clients feel both supported and encouraged to grow.

My style is warm, collaborative, and thoughtful. At the same time, I believe therapy can involve honest and direct conversations when it helps clients gain insight, challenge unhelpful patterns, and create meaningful change in their lives.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, thoughtful, and tailored to each client’s needs. I work with clients to better understand patterns in their thoughts, emotions, and relationships while developing practical tools that support long-term growth and resilience.

I use evidence-based modalities including EMDR, CBT, DBT, and solution-focused therapy. I often help clients process both recent and past experiences that may still be impacting their lives today.

While therapy is a supportive space, it can also involve honest and direct conversations when helpful. My goal is to help clients gain insight, challenge unhelpful patterns, and develop healthier ways of relating to themselves and others.

What you can expect from me

The first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other and begin understanding what has brought you to therapy. We will talk about your current concerns, important life experiences, and what you hope to gain from the therapy process.

I will ask questions to better understand your background and the challenges you may be facing, while also giving you space to share at your own pace. Together, we will begin identifying goals for therapy and discuss how we can work toward them.

My goal is for clients to leave the first session feeling heard, understood, and with a clearer sense of how therapy can support them moving forward.
