Great to meet you!

I believe therapy works best when you feel safe enough to be honest. My communication style is compassionate, empowering, and nonjudgmental. I strive to create a space where you can speak your truth openly, without fear of being misunderstood or criticized. At the same time, I value direct honesty and gentle accountability because real change often comes from being both supported and challenged in healthy ways.

I take a strength-based, person-centered approach, meaning we focus on what is already working for you while building new tools to help you move forward.

My approach to therapy

My approach integrates evidence-based practices including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, and Solution-Focused techniques. Together, we explore how your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors are connected, identify patterns that may be holding you back, and work toward practical solutions that align with your values and goals.

I meet you where you are. Therapy is collaborative, not prescriptive. We move at a pace that feels right for you, while still staying intentional and focused on meaningful progress.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is about connection, understanding, and clarity. We will spend time getting to know you, discussing what brought you to therapy, and identifying what you would like support with. There is no pressure to share everything at once. You are in control of the process.

You can expect a supportive conversation, thoughtful questions, and a clear sense of what working together could look like. By the end of the session, many clients feel more grounded, understood, and hopeful about the path ahead!
