Great to meet you!

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with over five years of experience, I have dedicated my career to helping individuals, couples, families, and adolescents navigate life’s most difficult challenges while building resilience, confidence, and emotional wellness. My approach is rooted in empathy, authenticity, cultural humility, and evidence-based therapeutic practices that meet people where they are.

My approach to therapy

I understand that healing doesn’t happen in a vacuum. Our mental health is influenced by our relationships, communities, identities, life experiences, and the systems we interact with every day. Whether you’re struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, relationship conflicts, self-esteem issues, stress related to finances, identity exploration, LGBTQ+ concerns, racial trauma, life transitions, or the emotional exhaustion that comes from constantly being in survival mode, therapy can provide a space for healing, growth, and transformation.

My therapeutic style is warm, collaborative, and nonjudgmental. I believe every person deserves a safe space where they can show up as their authentic self without fear of criticism or shame. Together, we will identify barriers, explore patterns, develop healthy coping skills, and create meaningful strategies that support your goals and overall well-being.

What you can expect from me

Many of my clients come to therapy feeling stuck, overwhelmed, disconnected, or emotionally drained. They may be balancing careers, marriages, parenting responsibilities, caregiving roles, financial pressures, or the expectation of “having it all together” while silently struggling on the inside. Therapy offers an opportunity to pause, process, and gain the tools needed to move forward with greater clarity and confidence.
