Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor who believes that everyone deserves a safe, supportive space to be vulnerable and honest. With over 10 years of experience in the mental health field, I have worked with individuals facing a wide range of challenges. My primary focus—and area of ongoing study and research—is supporting women as they navigate the lasting effects of domestic violence and childhood trauma. I am committed to providing compassionate, trauma-informed care that empowers clients to heal, grow, and reclaim their sense of self.

My approach to therapy

I have a strong focus on working with women who have experienced domestic violence and childhood trauma. I approach this work with sensitivity, respect, and a deep understanding of the complexities involved in healing from these experiences.

What you can expect from me

During your first session, you can expect a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where you are free to share as much or as little as you feel comfortable. My priority is to help you feel safe, heard, and respected from the very beginning.
