Great to meet you!

With nearly 30 years of experience as an LMHC, I help clients navigate depression, anxiety, trauma, interpersonal challenges, and personal growth while supporting them in creating a more balanced and fulfilling life. I specialize in working with adults 30+ using a person-centered approach, collaborating closely with clients to reconnect with their values, deepen self-awareness, cultivate self-compassion, and move toward meaningful healing and lasting change. My approach to therapy

With a trauma-informed approach, I strive to create a safe, supportive therapeutic environment that integrates traditional psychotherapy with Eastern philosophies, restorative yoga, mindfulness, and meditation.

Trauma is often held within the body, commonly affecting areas such as the pelvis, diaphragm, throat, jaw, hamstrings, shoulders, and neck. By combining therapy with mindful movement, breathwork, meditation, and body awareness, clients can begin to gently process unresolved trauma, restore balance, and support lasting healing

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect a collaborative and supportive therapeutic process focused on identifying meaningful goals at the beginning of counseling and regularly revisiting progress along the way. Therapy is designed to support both emotional and physical well-being through practical self-care tools such as breathwork, mindfulness, restorative movement, and grounding techniques.

Through this work, clients often develop greater self-awareness, a healthier relationship with themselves, and improved ways of relating to others in both personal and professional settings. The goal is to foster lasting growth, resilience, balance, and a deeper sense of overall well-being.
