Great to meet you!

Seeking support can feel overwhelming, and I want you to know you don't have to navigate it alone. My goal is to create a safe, welcoming space where you feel heard, respected, and understood without judgment. I believe that every person has a unique story, and I take the time to get to know you beyond your symptoms.

As a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) with a nursing background in acute care, behavioral health, and leadership, I bring both clinical knowledge and compassion to every session. I work with adolescents and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, mood disorders, ADHD, trauma, stress, and other mental health concerns. Together, we'll develop a treatment plan that fits your goals, lifestyle, and values so you can feel more like yourself again.

My approach to therapy

I believe the best care happens when we work together. You know yourself and your experiences better than anyone, and I'm here to listen, offer guidance, and help you find a treatment plan that feels right for you.

I look at the whole picture, not just your symptoms. We'll talk about how your mental health is affecting your daily life, relationships, work or school, sleep, and overall well-being. If medication is part of your treatment, I'll explain your options, answer your questions, and make sure you feel comfortable with every decision. My goal is to help you feel heard, supported, and confident that you're not facing life's challenges alone. Together, we'll work toward helping you feel more like yourself again.

What you can expect from me

Your first appointment is all about getting to know you. We'll spend time discussing what brought you to treatment, your current concerns, your medical and mental health history, and what you hope to accomplish. I'll ask questions to better understand your experiences, but there is no pressure to share more than you're comfortable with.

By the end of the session, we'll talk through my recommendations, whether that includes medication, therapy referrals, lifestyle changes, or a combination of approaches. You'll have plenty of time to ask questions, and I want you to leave feeling informed, supported, and hopeful about the path ahead.
