Great to meet you!

I am a dual-certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) and Psychiatric–Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) providing compassionate, evidence-based mental health care across the lifespan. With training in both primary care and psychiatry, I take a whole-person, trauma-informed approach that recognizes the connection between physical health, mental well-being, and life experiences.

I specialize in the evaluation and treatment of mood, anxiety, and trauma-related disorders using medication management, psychoeducation, and supportive therapeutic interventions. I prioritize a collaborative, respectful environment and partner with clients to develop individualized treatment plans aligned with their values and goals, while promoting education, empowerment, and long-term mental wellness.

My approach to therapy

My approach to care as a PMHNP is compassionate, collaborative, and trauma-informed. I prioritize building a safe, nonjudgmental therapeutic relationship where clients feel heard and respected. Using evidence-based practices, I integrate medication management, psychoeducation, and supportive therapeutic interventions while considering the biological, psychological, and social factors that influence mental health

What you can expect from me

Your first session is a comprehensive, supportive appointment focused on understanding you—not just your symptoms. We’ll take time to build rapport and create a safe, respectful space where you can openly share your concerns at your own pace.
