Kipper Sanchez

Having worked for over 12 years in both private practice and community mental health settings, I have extensive experience working with issues of trauma, identity, sexuality, gender, and anxiety and depression. Additionally, I have completed post-graduate psychoanalytic psychotherapy training, and integreate this framework with others including Cognitive Behavior Therapy and Mindfulness. I have also dedicated my career to and I have specialized experience in supporting People of Color, queer-identified folks, and those impacted and affected by HIV/AIDS.

As a relational therapist, I consider how our relationships with ourselves and others can impact our feelings and beliefs as well as our day-to-day lives. Through greater understanding of ourselves and those around us, I work with clients to cultivate pathways to meaningful life change and life balance to resolve issues.
