Kira Glastein

I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with Diagnostic Privileges. I’ve worked in the field for over 16 years. I with adults in a collaborative, engaging and empathetic environment. I try to help facilitate change, growth and healing. I have experience working with women issues, specifically perinatal mood disorders and fertility challenges. I have a passion for working with younger women and helping those in the middle of life transitions.

I find that CBT and psychodynamic theories tend to shape my therapeutic work and interventions. I have a speciality in perinatal mental health. I also have extensive experience working with individuals involved in addiction and recovery services.I am an LGBTQ+ ally.

I work with you to create treatment goals and identify any roadblocks or challenges that have prevented growth so far. I welcome feedback so we can collectively enhance the therapeutic alliance.
