I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and Registered Play Therapist who has been working with children and families for over 20 years. My passion is helping children and teens express themselves through play and creative mediums. Children typically do not have the cognitive skills to verbally express themselves. Play therapy gives them the tools to understand and process their world. I meet with parents as well to do parent training, CPRT method. I also meet the child where they are and provide a child-centered approach.

I always start with a free phone consult with the parents, then schedule an intake with parents only before I see the child.

with teens with a variety of methods. I have worked with children and adolescents that have a wide range of emotional and behavioral concerns including behavior problems, ADHD, anxiety, depression, divorce, school related problems, social problems, etc.

Creating a safe environment for children and teens to express themselves and therefore increasing their self-esteem, self concepts and decreasing anxiety and stress.
