Great to meet you!

I strive to create collaborative therapeutic relationships based on mutual trust and respect. I work with individuals to build new skills to cope with stress and uncertainty, enhance emotional awareness, and create new approaches to stuck patterns. I enjoy working with clients navigating anxiety, depression, impulsivity and compulsive behavior, self-esteem, LGBTQIA+ identity and sexuality, non-monogamy, and neurodivergence.

My approach to therapy

I have a strengths based approach to therapy. I use a variety of therapeutic modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Attachment Focused EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy based skills coaching, Motivational Interviewing, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, mindfulness strategies, and somatic approaches.
