Great to meet you!

I bring over 10 years of experience in substance use recovery and mental health, supporting both adults and teens as they navigate life’s challenges. I especially enjoy working with teens who struggle with social isolation, belonging, anxiety, and depression. I also love supporting neurodivergent adults and teens, creating a safe space where their strengths are recognized and celebrated.

My approach to therapy

I’m neurodivergent-affirming and believe in creating a safe, supportive space where everyone is accepted as they are. As a parent of a child on the autism spectrum, I bring both professional knowledge and personal experience to my work, which helps me connect with patients in a real and compassionate way.

What you can expect from me

My goal is for clients to leave each session feeling truly seen and heard, while also gaining practical skills they can use in their everyday lives.
