Great to meet you!

I am able to evaluate and make diagnoses, and/or support existing diagnoses and work with you for a 'best-fit' solution to your needs. So many come from a past of being told they are 'X, Y, Z" and often misdiagnosed or underdiagnosed.

My goal is to help find a good treatment start point that resonates with you and provide evidence-based treatment to support your needs, goals, and desires to bring relief and remission, joy and hope.

All options on the table including progressive medication management, psychotherapy and counseling, or referrals for other modalities including deepTMS.

My approach to therapy

Clients of all ages and walks of life, consider me warm, welcoming and easy to talk with. Often saying 'for the first time I feel listened to, thank you'. Additionally, I have strong experience working within the cultures of military members, veterans and their dependents, OBGYN peri and post partum, and underserved communities including LGBTQ+. I am very open-minded and always look for the latest solutions for evidenced based care for medication management, supportive therapy and other modalities.

What you can expect from me

You will find me sincere and truly care about your well-being and wellness in all areas of your life.

Our first visit may be spent getting to know each other while comprehensively collecting medical, mental health, psychosocial and other histories. That said, you will find it to be a more 'warm' experience than you find in other medical clinics.

I want to get to know you so that I will be able to provide the best diagnosis and treatment plan. After our visit, I expect you might feel a sense of hope and joy that you are taking this active and often brave step with a partner towards remission of depression, anxiety and other disorders which are affecting you and that this provider seems to understand you. Thank you for your trust.
