Great to meet you!

Hi! My name is Kirsten Book and I am a psychiatric nurse practitioner. I specialize in treating children ages 8+, adolescents, and adults struggling with Eating Disorders, ADHD, Depression, Anxiety, and Substance Use.

My approach to therapy

I take a holistic and integrative approach to practicing medicine.

My 13 years of experience allows me to approach my patients with empathy, compassion, and humility, using not only medications and therapy, but also instilling hope, which I believe is just as essential as any treatment.

What you can expect from me

I provide psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and supportive therapy.

The first session is 75 minutes and we will discuss your history, past and current psychiatric symptoms, and develop an individualized treatment plan that will best meet your needs.
