Great to meet you!

I'm a nature loving California native whose work blends depth psychology with nervous system healing, helping people move beyond simply coping and into a more authentic relationship with themselves. I have experience supporting adults through trauma, grief, anxiety, identity exploration, and major life transitions using body-based approaches. My clients are thoughtful, introspective, and feeling-types including Highly Sensitive People (HSPs), who are ready to explore themselves with curiosity, honesty, and compassion.

My approach to therapy

I believe healing happens when we feel safe enough to be curious about ourselves. My approach draws from depth psychology, somatic therapy, EMDR, Brainspotting, mindfulness, and attachment theory. I believe our symptoms often have something meaningful to say, so instead of trying to silence them, we'll get curious about what they're protecting, expressing, or asking for. Therapy with me is collaborative, grounded, and relational.

What you can expect from me

We'll talk about what's bringing you in, what feels most important right now, and what you're hoping life could look like if things began to shift. My hope is that you leave feeling understood, a little lighter, and with the sense that you don't have to carry everything alone anymore.
