Great to meet you!

The best clients for me are those that want to change and are ready to put the work in to do so. With willingness on your part we can work together to make beneficial, lasting changes. I can guide you through a collaborative process that will work to make your life better. I require honesty and homework. Your ability to apply what you learn in session to your daily challenges is vital. I have been in private practice full-time since 2013. I work with clients 16-106 years old. I have a license in the state of Colorado since 2006 and have a certificate in EMDR. I am a practicing Catholic and apply these principles of honor, faith, respect, and service to my therapy practice. All are welcome

A bit about my approach to therapy
