Great to meet you!

Anxiety treatment is my main focus as a therapist. I have a thorough clinical and personal understanding of how anxiety starts in a persons life and what to do about it. With over 6 years of experience treating anxiety, I am confident in helping people navigate treating their symptoms so they can live a free and more authentic life.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I'm known for having warm yet direct and no-nonsense style in therapy. I will teach you how to set boundaries with yourself, others, and even the anxiety you feel to create a safer and more comfortable lifestyle. My clients become well informed about what anxiety is, how it started in their lives, and what to do about it.

What you can expect from our first session

My clients come to me first feeling anxious, sensitive, fragile and vulnerable and walk away feeling empowered and more confident in their abilities to manage what life hands to them. You can expect to feel less anxious and more aware of your triggers. Therapy can expand your confidence to handle overwhelming or anxiety-provoking happenings in your life.
