Great to meet you!

Hello and welcome. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and I attended Fordham University for my training. I have worked in a wide variety of settings with a large focus on substance use and mental health conditions such as anxiety, depression and Bipolar Disorder. It is my hope we can work together to learn more about each other.

My approach to therapy

My work is very engaging, I like to learn about my clients and their point of view. I believe in the power of humor and gratitude, finding a space to recognize the positive aspects of life. I encourage clients to ask questions about me and my professional approach to ensure we are a good fit.

What you can expect from me

It is important to me that clients feel they have a voice in therapy and a safe space to feel heard. The biggest changes happen when we feel connected to someone else. I hope that people come away from their work with me feeling that the investment of time and energy was worthwhile.
