Great to meet you!

I am a clinical psychologist providing insight-oriented therapy informed by psychodynamic, cognitive behavioral, and mindfulness-based practices. I work with adults navigating life transitions, relationships, anxiety, depression, trauma, and other concerns. My goal is to reduce distress and support lasting change.

My approach to therapy

When beginning therapy, I take time to understand your unique experiences, concerns, and goals through a comprehensive assessment process. Together, we identify meaningful treatment goals and develop the skills, insights, and strategies needed to improve relationships, navigate work or school challenges, and enhance overall well-being. Throughout therapy, we regularly review your progress to ensure our work remains aligned with your goals. I value working with adults from a wide range of backgrounds, cultures, and life experiences, particularly those who are motivated to better understand themselves, heal from difficult experiences, and create meaningful change in their lives.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect a thoughtful and collaborative first session focused on understanding their current concerns, personal history, and goals for therapy. Together, we will explore what brings them to therapy, identify priorities, and discuss how the therapeutic process may be tailored to their needs. We will also begin identifying areas of focus and developing a plan for moving forward. My goal is to create a space where clients feel heard, understood, and hopeful about the work ahead.
