When anxiety, trauma, addiction, or questions about identity begin affecting your relationships, confidence, and daily life, it can feel difficult to know where to turn for support. I work with adolescents, adults, and seniors navigating trauma, anxiety, substance use recovery, identity concerns, and transgender and LGBTQIA+ related experiences. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling stuck in unhealthy patterns, carrying the weight of painful experiences, struggling with self acceptance, or trying to make sense of challenges that have left them feeling disconnected from themselves and others.
