Great to meet you!
Hello, I’m Kirsten — a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and the heart behind Singing Wolf Counseling Services. I work exclusively online, offering a safe and accessible space for healing and growth.
I specialize in supporting trauma survivors, children and teens struggling with anger, and anyone who’s ready to make meaningful changes in their life. My approach is eclectic and deeply person-centered, drawing from EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and trauma-informed, trauma-focused, and art therapy techniques. I also incorporate elements of play therapy when working with younger clients.
I graduated from Newman University in 2017 and have been providing teletherapy since 2019, with experience offering EMDR remotely since 2020. Over the years, I’ve learned that therapy is most effective when it feels safe, authentic, and collaborative — a place where you can bring your whole self and start to rebuild trust in your own resilience.
When I’m not in session, you’ll often find me bullet journaling, crocheting, diamond painting, coloring, or unwinding with a good video game Or spending time with my two dogs and cat. Creativity helps me recharge and reminds me that healing can be both serious work and a space for self-expression.
If you’re ready to begin your healing journey, I’d be honored to walk beside you.
