Great to meet you!

Welcome to YOUR safe space! I am Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Georgia with over two decades of experience. I have worked within the Dept of Corrections, within community settings (including foster care and group homes) and private practice. I earned a Masters Degree in Professional Counseling and a Doctorate Degree in Counseling Psychology, where I focused on counselor education and supervision. I enjoy working with a diverse array of clients.

My approach to therapy

PersonALL Counseling focuses on helping clients get to where they want to be! I believe that therapy is a road trip and my job is to gently guide you along. As an Adlerian counselor, I also use Cognitive Behavioral and Solution Focused based approaches, all while using a Client Centered approach to treatment. I am a Women's Mental Health Specialist and I hold certification for Compassion Fatigue for Healthcare, Mental Health and Caring Professionals.

What you can expect from me

I work with clients to create an individualized approach to addressing their goals. I know how important the therapy relationship is, so expect me to be your cheerleader and advocate!
