During my 30 years in the field, I've gained extensive experience working with children and their families. I'm eager to continue sharing this knowledge with a focus on older children/teens as well as supporting young adults and parents. As a mom of three teenagers myself, I bring both professional expertise and personal understanding to my work with families.

My approach to therapy is centered around creating a safe and empathetic space for clients to explore their thoughts and to "ride the wave" of feelings.I am dedicated to providing personalized and compassionate care to support each individual on their journey towards emotional well-being and living their best life!
