Each age and stage of life brings new challenges and it doesn't come with a manual. My goal is to help clients navigate these transitions and challenges in the best way possible. I have spent 12 years working with children and families in a school setting and have seen the way family struggles impact the individual. I am a practitioner of TBRI (Trust-Based Relational Interventions) and practice human-informed care.

I believe that strengthening our healthy relationships and connections can help improve our quality of life. My particular strengths are communication difficulties, relationship struggles, parenting and attachment needs.
