I currently hold sessions from an office space in my home where you may also hear the sounds of daily life including children and dogs outside the office walls. I usually have availability for 30-60 minute sessions. My calendar doesn’t necessarily accurately reflect my availability, so please reach out to inquire about other appointment times if you believe I would be a good fit for you. My favorite aspect of being a therapist is connecting with people. I meet clients where they are and provide a safe space to explore emotions, thoughts, skills, relationships, and other life areas. I have experience working with individuals and groups of all ages and enjoy learning about what makes you tick.
In our first session, you can expect a laid back approach in getting to know you and your current challenges. I am excited to get started and I am known to be a great listener while also being full of questions to learn more about you.
