Great to meet you!

You or your child may be navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, or other challenges that make everyday life feel overwhelming. Maybe you’re looking for ways to manage big emotions, build confidence, improve focus, or better understand patterns that affect your wellbeing. Reaching out for support can feel like a big step, and you deserve a space where you feel heard, respected, and understood. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with 5 years of experience, I work with children, teens, and adults to navigate mental health concerns and life’s challenges. I believe each person brings unique strengths and abilities to the healing process, and I feel honored to support clients as they discover those strengths and work toward meaningful change.

My approach to therapy

I use a strengths-based, evidence-informed approach that recognizes you as the expert on your own life. Together, we’ll explore how anxiety, depression, ADHD, and other mental health concerns may be affecting your thoughts, emotions, relationships, and daily routines. Therapy will be collaborative and personalized, with strategies tailored to your needs, goals, and strengths. My goal is to create a supportive partnership where you feel empowered to grow at your own pace and make progress that feels meaningful and lasting.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, we’ll take time to learn more about your history, understand what brings you to therapy, and identify your goals for treatment. We’ll also explore therapeutic approaches that may best support your needs, so we can develop a treatment plan that feels collaborative and right for you.

You don’t need to have everything figured out before your first session. We’ll begin by learning more about your history, discussing what brings you to therapy, and identifying what you hope to achieve. We’ll also explore which therapeutic approaches and strategies may best support your needs, allowing us to create a treatment plan together. I want you to feel comfortable asking questions, sharing your experiences, and participating in decisions about your care. As your therapist, I’m committed to helping you feel empowered and providing you with the tools and support you need to achieve meaningful success.
