Great to meet you!

My name is Kirstin Pace. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with experience working in diverse environments including inpatient, partial hospitalization, outpatient, emergency shelters, and the court system. My background includes working with children, adults and families who have faced trauma, domestic violence, homelessness, and substance use.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy should be a safe and supportive space where you can be yourself while feeling empowered to make meaningful change. I work collaboratively with clients to build awareness, emotional regulation, and a stronger connection to yourself and those around you in order to facilitate improved wellbeing.

What you can expect from me

As we become acquainted, I will get to know you. I will explore with you your reason for seeking therapy, and your potential goals. This will be a time for you to also ask questions regarding my experience, treatment modalities, and determine if we are a good match.
