A bit about my approach to therapy

I want what you want. I have a gift for helping clients figure out what they want, and then how to get it. The answers you need are in you, and we can bring it out and organize it together.

I have a very individualized approach to therapy, but I focus on solutions based therapy, somatic therapy, and relationship work.

What you can expect from our first session

Most of my clients feel relief after the first session, I create a warm, and therapeutic environment. Kids often interact more peacefully with their surroundings after working with me.
