Great to meet you!

I'm a licensed psychologist with over 15yrs working with a broad range of people. I am committed to providing inclusive, affirming, and anti-oppressive care. I specialize in working with teens and adults dealing with issues such as trauma, ADHD, anxiety, relationship dynamics and identity development.

A bit about my approach to therapy

While grounded in classic therapeutic approaches such as mindfulness, DBT and CBT, I intentionally adapt them to honor clients' cultural identities, lived experiences, and the broader sociopolitical forces that shape mental health — including racism, intergenerational trauma, and systemic oppression. My practice is relational, trauma-informed, and rooted in social justice values.

What you can expect from our first session

I work to create a space where people of all identities feel safe, seen, and supported as they explore both internal struggles and the external forces that shape them. Together, we’ll find ways to navigate life with more ease and agency, while strengthening a sense of self rooted in who you are and how you want to show up in the world.
