Great to meet you!

I’m Kirt Baab, a licensed clinical social worker, and for over thirty years my work has centered on what matters most to the people I meet: finding real relief from suffering. Whatever you’re carrying right now, you’ve found a caring and experienced place to start. My hope is to help you feel lighter, steadier, and more like yourself again. Wherever you are in your journey, you don’t have to figure it out alone, and I’d be honored to walk alongside you.

My approach to therapy

Every person I meet has their own personal style, and I’m adept at helping you get out of your own way, find what genuinely works for you, and build the skills you need to move forward. This is your journey, always shaped around you, and my role is to help you discover solutions that actually fit your real, everyday life.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is simply about getting to know each other, setting one or more goals together, and choosing an approach to finding relief that feels right for you. There’s no pressure and no rush, just a warm, collaborative start. If you’re ready to feel better, let’s take that first step together.
