Hi everyone! I am Licensed Mental Health Counselor that has 10 years of experience in the mental health and social services fields. I attended and graduated from Troy University with a Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I use a Cognitive-Behavioral approach during my sessions. I guide clients to identify the negative thoughts and behaviors that cause disruption in their lives and help them replace those intrusive thoughts with positive reaffirming beliefs about themselves and the world.

What you can expect from our first session

My goal is for clients to feel comfortable and supported. I like to create a safe and trusting environment that encourages clients to be open with me and themselves. I aim for clients to be the leaders of their journey and I will offer guidance to help them get to their destination.
