Great to meet you!

I decided to become a therapist because I enjoy helping individuals from all walks of life achieve their goals. I have a deep personal understanding of those struggling with mental health challenges. I truly believe humans are capable of change with support, guidance, and a desire to be the best version of themselves.

My approach to therapy

My therapeutic approach is rooted in empathy and inclusiveness. I draw from cognitive behavioral therapy, psycho dynamic therapy, solution-focused therapy, strength-based therapy and trauma-informed therapy. Which modality I use depends upon your needs, preferences, and treatment plan.

What you can expect from me

During our initial session, we will discuss what prompted you to seek therapy and how you are currently feeling. I will ask questions to understand your circumstances and treatment goals. The session is geared towards building rapport and determining how to proceed. You can ask questions and determine if we are a good fit.
