Great to meet you!

I specialize in helping high-achieving women overcome Imposter Syndrome, workplace anxiety, and burnout so they can finally feel confident in their success.

A bit about my approach to therapy

You’ve worked hard to get where you are, but deep down, you feel like you’re not good enough. Maybe you second-guess yourself in meetings, or you’re afraid someone will “find out” you don’t belong. No matter how much you accomplish, you have to do twice as much to get half as far. If this sounds like you, you’re not alone—and I can help.

My treatment modalities include: Talk Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Rational emotive behavior therapy, Mindfulness Techniques, and Psychotherapy.

What you can expect from our first session

In my sessions, women can expect a supportive environment where they feel seen and heard, no matter how significant their challenges may seem. I focus on reducing anxiety and depression caused by Imposter Syndrome, helping you embrace your capabilities and thrive without self-doubt. Together, we’ll redefine success and happiness by challenging societal pressures. Through weekly virtual therapy, I guide women to leverage their strengths and create the fulfilling lives they deserve.
