Great to meet you!

Initiating steps to join therapy is brave, courageous, and vulnerable.

My practice is aimed to support queer, trans, and gender diverse individuals. Having intersecting identities involves many moving parts. These moving parts may cause you to experience feelings of being scared, exhausted, disrespected, and empowered all due to a society that was built with White/Cis/Het ideologies. I want to learn from you and support you to grow into your authentic self so that you may live your life to its fullest.

I am a gender specialist and certified DBT (Dialectical Behavioral Therapy) therapist, with a background of providing care at all levels (PHP, Inpatient psych, ICU, ER, and PCP). I am trained with a trauma-informed and social justice-informed lens. I provide individual and couples, psychotherapy via telehealth.

Queermisia and transphobia are unfortunately woven in society’s fabric. These experiences block our growth from living authentically and safely. I want you to never worry alone. I am here to support you, believe you, and affirm your existence.

My approach to therapy

I’m a certified DBT therapist who believes deeply in the power of skill-building as a tool for real, lasting change. My goal is to support you in becoming your own therapist, equipping you with practical skills, self-trust, and insight so you can create a life that feels authentic, affirming, and worth living on your own terms.

What you can expect from me

You can expect a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you feel heard, respected, and understood. I approach therapy with curiosity and compassion, working to understand your experiences at your pace rather than rushing to conclusions or solutions.

Our work together will be collaborative. I won’t position myself as the expert on your life, you are. My role is to help you make sense of patterns, develop insight, and build practical tools that align with your goals and values.

I aim to balance warmth with honesty. That means I will listen deeply and validate your experience, while also gently challenging you when it’s helpful for growth. Therapy with me is not about quick fixes, but about creating meaningful, lasting change.

You can also expect consistency, professionalism, and respect for your individuality. I strive to create a space where all parts of you are welcome, and where you can explore what matters most without fear of judgment.

Above all, my goal is to support you in building a life that feels more grounded, authentic, and manageable.
