Great to meet you!

I’m a licensed mental health therapist with over 10 years of experience helping people work through anxiety, depression, anger, and major life transitions. I hold a Master’s in Mental Health Counseling and have extensive experience supporting individuals from all walks of life — including justice-involved clients navigating court mandates, probation, or anger management requirements.

In my work, I strive to create a supportive and nonjudgmental space where you can be honest, feel heard, and start healing. Whether you're feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure of where to begin, I’ll meet you where you are and walk alongside you as you take steps forward.

My approach to therapy

My approach is client-centered, collaborative, and rooted in evidence-based practices. I primarily use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) along with anger management strategies to help clients identify unhelpful thought patterns, learn emotional regulation skills, and build more effective coping tools.

I believe that therapy should feel practical and empowering — not just about insight, but also about action. We’ll work together to understand what’s getting in the way of your well-being and develop clear, realistic strategies to help you feel more in control of your emotions and your life.

What you can expect from me

You can expect to walk away from sessions with greater self-awareness, tools to manage your emotions more effectively, and strategies to cope with everyday challenges. Many clients report feeling more grounded, more in control, and better equipped to handle stress, anger, or sadness after just a few sessions.

Above all, you’ll be supported by someone who listens without judgment and truly wants to help you move toward the version of yourself you want to become.
