Great to meet you!

Life can feel overwhelming, and you don't have to navigate it alone. As a spirit-filled believer in Jesus Christ, I provide faith-based counseling for those who desire to incorporate their Christian faith into the therapeutic process. I also welcome and work with individuals from all backgrounds and beliefs, meeting each person with compassion, respect, and genuine care.

Many of my clients come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, discouraged, emotionally exhausted, or uncertain about how to move forward while struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, or major life transitions. Together, we'll explore the experiences and patterns contributing to your struggles while building practical tools that support healing, growth, and meaningful change. I draw from evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and solution-focused interventions to help clients navigate life's challenges.

My approach to therapy

I believe every person has a unique story, and therapy should provide a safe space to share that story without judgment. I approach therapy by helping clients explore patterns, experiences, and beliefs developed throughout childhood and adulthood that may be contributing to their current struggles or feelings of stagnation.

My goal is to help you better understand yourself, identify strengths you can build upon, and develop practical strategies that support long-term growth. Whether you're working through anxiety, trauma, relationship concerns, life transitions, or faith-related questions, we'll work collaboratively to create meaningful and lasting change.

What you can expect from me

Beginning therapy can feel unfamiliar or even intimidating, especially if this is your first experience with counseling. During our first sessions, we'll discuss what brought you to therapy, the challenges you're facing, and what you hope to gain from our work together.

You can expect a supportive, collaborative, and nonjudgmental environment where you are encouraged to explore your experiences openly and honestly. Together, we'll develop realistic goals, create a plan for future sessions, and establish accountability that supports the growth and healing you want to achieve.
