I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor, Marriage & Family Therapist and an Addictions Counselor with 45 years of experience supporting and coaching people to move beyond their perceived limitations and greatly increase their capacity for happiness and joy in their lives.

I make a special outreach to the LGBTQ+ community besides offering traditional directive counseling.

I am also a Master Practitioner of an Energy Psychology approach called Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT).

I am very interested in supporting you to develop the skills to heal yourself. I challenge people to move away from emotional ruts and embrace a happier and more productive life. I also offer cutting edge coaching in Energy Psychology for anyone who is open to innovative new approaches.
