I am a licensed clinical social worker with over 20 years of experience helping people cope with family and social issues. I work with many concerns, including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, ADHD, stress management, school-related matters, and career challenges. I believe in providing a safe space for clients to be vulnerable and explore solutions to complex concerns and issues.

My approach to therapy

My client focus entails supporting clients in various parts of their lives at the moment. I use EMDR, Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy, Family Systems Therapy, and Strength-based Therapy.

My communication style entails active listening, reflection, and clarifying questions so that I can support clients in the best way possible. I use a soft tone, open posture, and affirming statements to help clients make connections that create feasible solutions to their challenges. Clients can discuss their lives in an empathetic and confidential environment.
