Great to meet you!

I help adolescents and families in Mississippi who are navigating depression, anxiety, anger, and parent–child conflict. Whether you are feeling overwhelmed by stress, conflict at home, or changes in a family member's behavior and do not know where to start, we’ll create a safe, nonjudgmental space to slow things down and understand what’s really going on. We will find practical steps toward calmer days and more peaceful relationships.

My approach to therapy

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Mississippi with 28 years of experience, as well as a National Certified Counselor and Board Certified Telemental Health provider. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Person-Centered Therapy to help you recognize unhelpful patterns, build new coping skills, and feel more confident handling life’s challenges. My style is warm, respectful, and interactive—I meet you exactly where you are and walk alongside you at your pace.

What you can expect from me

If you’re ready to feel more supported and hopeful, I’d be honored to work with you. Whether you’re seeking help for yourself, your child, or your family, we’ll focus on helping you move toward a more fulfilling, healthier, and happier life. Reach out to schedule a session so we can talk about what you’re going through and how I can support you.
