Throughout my career, I have seen many individuals benefit from allowing themselves to fully experience therapy. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with specialties in the following areas: addiction, grief/loss, anxiety, depression, trauma, low self-esteem, domestic abuse, divorce, parenting, family conflict, codependency and much more.

A bit about my approach to therapy

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy(CBT), Motivational Interviewing techniques, Solution Focused Therapy as well as mindfulness are some of the clinical approaches that I utilize in my sessions.As a Certified Qualified Supervisor I also provide supervision for masters levels clinicians seeking licensure in the field.
