Great to meet you!

I work with individuals who feel persistently overwhelmed, emotionally low, stuck in cycles of worry, or mentally scattered and overextended.

Many of my clients struggle with intrusive thoughts, past trauma, disrupted sleep, or difficulty regulating mood and focus.

I am a dual-certified psychiatric and family nurse practitioner with advanced training from Georgetown University and postgraduate psychiatric specialization from National University.

My approach is thoughtful, structured, and collaborative—focused on helping you regain clarity, stability, and confidence in daily life.

My approach to therapy

My approach to care is grounded, collaborative, and centered on you as a whole person.

I create a calm, supportive space where you feel heard and respected.

Care may include thoughtful medication management when appropriate, along with supportive, talk-based interventions that build insight, coping skills, and long-term stability—always tailored to your goals and pace.

What you can expect from me

Starting care can feel intimidating, and my goal is to make your first session feel comfortable and supportive.

We’ll talk through what brought you in, how you’ve been feeling, and what you’re hoping will change—at a pace that feels right to you.

I’ll ask a few questions to better understand your health and daily life, but there’s no pressure to share more than you’re ready for.

Together, we’ll outline next steps so you leave feeling heard, supported, and clear about what comes next.
